9.32.1.2.Required Ventilation

(1) Every residential occupancy shall incorporate (a) provisions for non-heating-season ventilation in accordance with Subsection 9.32.2., and (b) except as required by Sentences (2) and (3), if supplied with electrical power and a heating system, provisions for heating-season ventilation in accordance with Part 6.
