3.3.3.1.General

(1) Persons engaged in the business of constructing on site, installing, repairing, servicing, cleaning or emptying sewage
  systems shall have the following qualification:
  (a) the person must be registered with the director.

  (2) A registration shall be in a form established by the director.

     (3) A person is exempt from the requirement to comply with the qualification in Sentence (1) in respect of the activities
     of cleaning and emptying sewage systems if,
     (a) the person has been issued,
             (i) before October 31, 2011, a certificate of approval under section 39 of the Environmental Protection Act in
                 respect of these activities, or
            (ii) on or after October 31, 2011, an environmental compliance approval under the Environmental Protection Act
                 in respect of these activities, and
     (b) the certificate of approval or the environmental compliance approval, as applicable, has not been suspended or
           revoked under that Act.
