3.1.3.1.Qualifications

(1) The following are prescribed as qualifications for a person to be appointed and to remain appointed under the Act as
    an inspector whose duties are solely the supervision or management of inspectors:
    (a) the person must be registered with the director.

    (2) A registration shall be in a form established by the director.
