9.8.6.4.Height Over Landings

(1) Except as permitted by Sentence (2), the clear height over landings shall be not less than 2 050 mm. (2) The clear height over landings serving a single dwelling unit or a house with a secondary suite including their common spaces shall be not less than 1 950 mm.
