9.27.5.6.Expansion and Contraction

(1) Fasteners for metal cladding shall be positioned to permit expansion and contraction of the cladding. (2) Fasteners for vinyl siding, insulated vinyl siding and polypropylene siding shall be installed in the centre of the slots of the nail hem.
