3.17.2.4.Clearance to Other Structures

(1) Except as provided in Sentence (2), a demountable stage shall not be erected, assembled or installed closer than 3 m to, (a) another demountable stage, or (b) another structure, other than a demountable support structure. (2) Sentence (1) need not apply to demountable stages that are located on fair grounds or similar open spaces provided it can be shown that such closer spacing does not create a hazard to the public.
