2.2.7.7.Direction of Exit Door Swing

(1) Except as permitted by Sentence (2), every exit door shall
     (a) open in the direction of exit travel, and
     (b) swing on its vertical axis.

     (2) Exit doors that serve a Group G, Division 2 major occupancy housing animals need not conform to Clause (1)(a).
