2.2.4.2.Automatic Sprinkler Systems
(1) Where an automatic sprinkler system is provided, it shall conform to Article 3.2.5.12.
(2) Where a fire pump is installed as part of the automatic sprinkler system referred to in Sentence (1), it shall conform to
Article 3.2.5.18.
(3) The automatic sprinkler system referred to in Sentence (1) shall be equipped with waterflow-detecting devices that
are
(a) installed in accordance with Sentence 3.2.4.15.(1), and
(b) connected to
(i) the fire alarm system, where provided, so that, upon its actuation, an alert signal or an alarm signal is
initiated, or
(ii) an audible signal device, where a fire alarm system is not provided.
