2.2.2.4.Group G, Division 1, One Storey

(1) A building classified as Group G, Division 1 is permitted to be of combustible construction or noncombustible
     construction, used singly or in combination, provided
     (a) it is not more than 1 storey in building height, and
     (b) except as provided in Sentence (2), it has a building area not more than 2 400 m2.

     (2) Where the building referred to in Sentence (1) is a farm building housing livestock with a below-floor storage area
     for liquid manure, the building is permitted to have a building area of any size.
