2.2.1.12.Flame-Spread Rating

(1) Except as provided in Sentences (2) and (3), the flame-spread rating of interior wall and ceiling finishes, including
    glazing and skylights, shall be not more than 150.

    (2) The flame-spread rating of interior wall and ceiling finishes in exits shall conform to Sentence 3.1.13.2.(1).

    (3) Subject to the requirement of Article 2.2.1.13., the flame-spread rating on any exposed surface of foamed plastic
    insulation, and on any surface that would be exposed by cutting through the insulation in any direction, shall be not more
    than 500.
